Problem statement

Jade Chen Aesthetics is a beauty clinic which provide a plethora of medical aesthetic treatments that are professional, effective and safe in Bali. They needed a website to represent their services and treatments and serve as their digital home for their new and existing clients, alongside their social media.

Transformation

We did a competitor analysis and conducted user research to understand the type of aesthetics, content as well as visual appeal for potential clients who are in doubt of the treatments results. We used a slider feature to demonstrate a before and after photograph, not just to set client’s expectations and instil confidence but also to be transparent of the quality of the services they provide.
